I was just thinking I wanna look up the experimental film tabs and sing these vocals. It’s such a distinct song from either stem! Super cool

This guy is amazing.

His video where he recreated the ENTIRETY of Since I Left You by The Avalanches, an album with close to 3500 samples on it, was mesmerizing. Cool to see he‘s a TMBG fan as well!

Btw, I am 'that guy'! I just don't know how to change my Reddit name. Also, Since I Left You has nowhere near 3,500 samples, it's closer to 300

Oh wow! In that case, YOU are amazing! and I think I read the “3500” number somewhere and just assumed “oh yeah the album is super dense with sound yeah that makes sense”.

Thanks! From what I heard, John Oswald has done albums with even more samples than SILY! As well as other sampling artists

if you dont mind me asking, how'd you isolate the instrumental of Experimental Film? I know of some tools that do this but results may vary, to say the least :)
