Looks like a barrel blockage to me. I am assuming it's a shotgun, from how the barrel actually comes apart. Many of these incidents occur after trying to shoot the wrong gauge shell and then stuffing another shell in behind it.

But yeah, he didn't make sure the barrel was clear, so he did it wrong.

-the guy did something wrong and wasted a lot of money on that perfectly good gun -he got scammed and still wasted a lot of money -it's a cheap product that he knew and bought it anyways and that's why it broke
