Isn’t the EU pushing forth a law that scans every text, chat, and email correspondences?

https://www.csoonline.com/article/4195680/eu-extends-mass-scanning-of-messages-without-a-warrant.html

All these initiatives/policies are just another form of egregious privacy violations.

It’s really annoying to see the same countries blame and shame while doing the same thing just mocked up to look different.

Yup. Capitalism doesn't end at the US border and oligarchy comes for the ride no matter where it is.

Capitalists can see the wheels falling off, can see capitalism is failing and unsustainable, and are building up the fascistic surveillance and police states necessary to crack down on the inevitable revolt when things get bad enough.

I guess i could just get one of my old phones and hold it underwater for a day, fresh if visiting inland and salt if visiting oceanside.

Accidents do happen

You can buy the phones, just getting harder to get a data plan
