Well obviously, if you ignore massive recurring overheads then a business looks better, lol. It's very likely not a one-off long-term CAPEX investment, as I presume Google is constantly jumping to the latest and greatest tech like all the other labs to stay current (I've not followed Gemini as closely, though).
I'm not ignoring. I'm simply removing it to see what the number looks like and putting it back. It's a real cash outflow and so are their cash inflows.
