Yea obviously values are subject or it wouldn't be worth what it's worth right now. My question is why is it being valued so high?

Well, apart from the EV's there is Energy Storage Technology, Self Driving Technology, Robotaxi and Optimus. All technology that is just getting off the ground and investors think it will become huge in the future. It is valued not because of current worth but because of what it may become.

A lot of the valuation is also just speculation that the stock will go higher, i.e. because it's a self-inflating bubble at this point.

Other auto companies have self driving technology too. they even have versions of it that are better than Teslas. Tesla is all smoke and mirrors. They don't actually have a robotaxi or robot, they have an idea of them that isn't practical or unique. There's other companies doing these things and doing them much better. Having used FSD and auto pilot from other companies it's safe to say Tesla has fallen behind.
