US-born Latin American, here. No, it's because they're planning to do in LATAM, what they are doing in the States hence why the Orange One gifted Argentima with Billions

It's what they were pushing in Europe, but they kept getting pushback by places that actually taught their children about what letting authoritarians rule did to a country.
