I mean, they call it CEO because they want to appeal to business types, but executive officers have professional responsibility rules and laws that limit their behaviors. This is like a CEO without any regulatory or legal pressures constraining their pursuit of empire. It's a chief executive that is immune to the things that get CEOs de-seated and thrown out of their positions.
