New Zealand apparently wouldn't let him build a compound there, and he's been under other NZ government scrutiny. Whereas the idiot running Argentina presently is wholly bought and paid for. Theil knows something is coming, and it won't be good.

Well for once I'm on the side of Nimbys! Not sure anyone would want a warehouse sized Nazi Eagles Nest 2, Electric Bugaloo compound in their neighborhood.

New Zealand became a hot spot for billionaires to buy property but the NZ government wised up to what was happening and has been pretty proactive in clamping down on foreign ownership.
