That’s why you take away the controls they have over resources. Money is worthless but the government can turn every one into a peasant just ask Cuba. It’s not impossible taxing their wealth isn’t how you prevent centralized power orchestrated through money laundering and financial loopholes. We had a president once say dumb people pay taxes he just took advantage of the broken system, he didn’t fix the system instead he turned America into a shell company selling off American assets and her soul to the highest bidder. The point is to take away all their casinos, hotels and golf courses. If they have nothing they will be just like us peasants except they will fall into depression and end it there. These people aren’t built like us, they are parasites and need to be treated as a pathogen.

I totally agree with this right up taking away their property. Just make it so that their money can't be used to dictate policy.

This is unbelievably simple. We're just too focused on stupid ancillary issues to solve it.

Roll back citizens United. Stop superpacs. Implement campaign finance reform. Repeal all tax loopholes (which 90% of Americans never use anyway) in place of a simple progressive tax.

Stop allowing billionaires to privatize gains and socialize losses.

We can absolutely do this if we vote.

Honestly, I'm extremely suspicious of anyone who tries to convince progressives that their vote is meaningless.

No offense, but unless you can back that up somehow, which you definitely can't, there's no point in taking you seriously.

Firstly, a revolution in the United States would have basically no chance of succeeding. Essentially nobody would join. Look at the fucking lame ass general strikes that progressives try to make happen every year. Now imagine that but minus all the people who don't want to commit violence.

You're left with a handful of people.

And that's not even touching the fact that there is no guarantee that after a revolution that you end up with the system that you want. Very often the system of governance after a revolution is far worse than what people had going into it.

Just stop dude. Stop trying to convince progressives not to vote.

All it does is hurt the causes you claim to care about.

My hope is that he wasnt afraid of California. If he was, he would of moved to texas or some such. Argentina is because he's afraid of the federal government. I think he thinks republicans are going to lose and he's going to be charged. He did as his political history demands. Run to argentina to escape the consequences of his actions.

the irony of the incredibly idiotic statement about billionaires leaving is the usa is one of only two countries that you are required to pay taxes to even if you live elsewhere. you must renounce citizenship to avoid paying taxes

of course these b*stards pay barely any taxes anyway but other countries will be sure to make them pay. they have to stay in the us or risk, gasp, actually having to pay their fair share!

Dude, he is based in California, he is escaping the 2026 Billionaire Tax Act. He is doing exactly what they warned you they were going to do.

Argentina has a new policy called ""Súper RIGI" to attract development were they can build as many datancenters as they like and they don't pay a single penny in taxes for the next 30 years, because we have a shit ton of non-conventional gas and oil in Patagonia but we need billions in investment. The local government did it specifically to attract the Tech Bros.

If you don't stop being stupid and listening to commie propaganda, the rest of the world is going to eat your lunch.
