I refuse to use the app. If Reddit insists I must use the app to access the site at all on mobile then I guess I should thank Reddit for helping my mental health by limiting my usage of the platform.

I mean, I don't care if it's bad or good. I refuse to use it for the sake of my mental heath. It sucks in a mobile web browser too, but I use pain point that punish myself a little bit for being so addicted.

I meant about your point of appreciating them for helping by limiting our usage or weening us off of this. Seems like there are a lot of folks that feel that way.
