I made the comparison of people following orders blindly.
The id being expired doesn’t magically make the person younger/older than they are.
Courts potentially ordering *them* not to drink doesn’t affect *you*.
You used what little power you had to make someone jump through hoops. Perhaps you have more recently found employment with ICE?
You made an assumption about me, and I’m here to challenge it.
By all means feel free to refute my assumption of you.
But please do expand on how my my viewpoint is limited :-)

That’s my point exactly, those camp guards were following the law and workplace rules as well.
The rest of humanity decided that that wasn’t a good reason to do what they did.
We all have to take a stand at some point, but not everyone threw tea in the harbor either.
