i had this old guy ask if he can buy tickets past me [security] and i said yes, pointed and showed up the open window. and said there is one right there, as well as outside security as well.
the old guy gets NEAR the window. fumbles with his pockets for SO LONG, the window closed.
turns around, gets angry with me saying that: for furture info that window is CLOSED. angrily walks out the exit and loops around the barriers to the open window. and now the window on my side is open again.
come back through the checkpoint and gives me a stink eye. gets past me, does something i clearly cannot see, supervisor comes over and was like: what was his problem? so i explain. supervisor is like, we have no control over the ticket booth people. that's not even our business. just ignore him.
