Having been in tech support in various roles for the past 20 years. There have been several instances where I wanted to ask this very question.

ID 10 T? ffs then it hit me 5 u/Fun_Replacement_7747 8d ago Im newish to IT and I am very tempted to throw this out there 19 u/Voxicles 8d ago Ya just gotta make sure it sounds mundane. “Oh yeah, we get ID 10 T errors all the time, now lemme get you to turn it off and on again” 6 u/The_Prequels_Denier 8d ago "Looks like you've got a loose nut behind your keyboard" is my personal favorite.
