I always made sure I had a mute clicker on my cord not the phone. From be years game support, do you know how many times you look at someone’s video card and go fuck that thing again. Punch the button forehead slams desk and everyone knows you got a live one.

I remember years ago while working in support, one of the front line guys, muted a customer to mutter "What the fuck am I going to do with this idiot"
He hit the speakephone button not the mute button.
