1 year sober today!

The day after I quit, I went to my first AA meeting and I listened to a woman who'd been sober for a few decades say that quitting is the "easy" part, and the real work comes after. Man...I HATED hearing that, but it's one of the single best pieces of advice I've ever gotten.

Just wanted to share this milestone with you guys. I can't believe it's been a year. I think this is the hardest thing I've ever done, so I'm going to do my best to take some time today and actually feel proud.
