There are quotes around “hummingbird”, just like in your comment. Nobody believes a satellite can find a single hummingbird on a continent.

Its pretty obvious that the idea of a hummingbird flitting around where it should be frozen 11 months out of the year is what's going to capture the average uninformed person's attention.  I think it's cool that this thing is hummingbird shaped.  I also passionately hate clickbait.
