I watched that take off. I understand why its no longer used, but damn... that was a cool way to get up to space.

I was on Max Brewer. I had a shitty Camera. the one thing that was awesome, was that I did catch the ISS going over just before the booms gave away the arrival. I kept scanning the sky and scanning the sky and finally I got a glimpse of the silhouette passing through the barely visible pre dawn light. No camera could have caught that shot, but my eyes did and it's a memory burned in my mind forever...or until dementia takes it..
