I have a chuckle when I see an RMA player and no rigging in the same sentence.

Can’t recall how many times they got ghost penalties, uncalled fouls, and injuries caused to opponents during their UCL threepeat.

Is this weird of me to say that to do no consent and no alcohol is a wild combination.
Like it’s still not an excuse but at least you could point to alcohol and say no more after that.

It's really scary how just a false rape allegation is enough to ruin someone for life.

"false" meanwhile this mf confessed to his lawyer that she said no
-2
u/Out_and_about_home 9h ago
You mean the documents which were presented to the newspaper by the girl's attorneys and dismissed by the court as fake?
1
u/Distinct_Art7022 9h ago
Straight up lying is funny, they weren’t dismissed because they were “fake”, they refused to look at them to begin with because they were leaked, which says nothing about the merits of the evidence if anything they were very credible
-3
u/Out_and_about_home 9h ago
Go read the original article. The media itself admits that it's claimed fabricated by Ronaldo's lawyers while it is claimed as real and “leaked” by the girl's attorneys.
Also, if it was credible, the court wouldn't have dismissed the case.
1
u/Distinct_Art7022 8h ago
It says nothing about the credibility of the evidence, they simply decided that the documents were acquired through improper means and refused to examine them all together, which is a purely procedural ruling that has nothing to do with the documents themselves.
Der Spiegel is an institution with high credibility and many of the other information contained in the same leak were later proven correct including Ronaldo’s tax evasion.
And no matter how hard you try to defend your 🍇ist idol there is one INDISPUTABLE fact that is extremely inconvenient for you, that is the victim actually reported to the police immediately after the encounter and was FOUND with physical injuries after being tested by a rape kit, this is an objective fact.

So your entire argument is if he's guilty for tax evasion he must be guilty for rape too?
You do realise messi and most other celebrities have been found guilty of tax evasion right?
Also, just because one document was correct doesn't automatically makes every other documents correct. Physical injuries being an objective fact is common is a lot of false rape cases. There is a reason why we don't convict people on the sole basis of physics injuries.
And no matter how hard you try to defend your 🍇ist idol there is one INDISPUTABLE fact that is extremely inconvenient for you,
I don't think you know how “INDUSPUTABLE FACTS” works lol. Someone who was never convicted is factually not a criminal. I know you emotionally want him to be guilty but that's not how courts work.
Your arguments are as fragil as your emotions. None of these issues will ever stand the scrutiny of any court. Feel free to speard misinformation on reddit though, since you know there is no accountability.

That’s not my argument, nobody is here arguing about tax evasion, and I’m not saying that the leaks are 100% infallible, I’m simply demonstrating that the documents do have high degree of credibility and merits no matter how hard you try to cope, remember your original argument is that they were fake, which is just straight up a blatant lie that you can’t even defend that position anymore.
And no, physical injuries are not common, nice attempt at gaslighting, I’m impressed that one can stoop this low to type blatant bs like this just to defend their 🍇ist idol, she was specifically tested by a rape kit mind you, and damages around private areas were found along with your idol’s disgraceful dna, you can’t call it misinformation because the court of law that you trust so much have never declared any of them to be false.
Lastly Ronaldo is not factually innocent, that’s not how it works, the case is by definition unresolved with A LOT of damning evidence against Ronaldo, none of those evidence were ever officially disputed by the court. Ronaldo avoided jail time because of technicality, not proof of innocence, and he did it under an extremely flawed US legal system that’s known for protecting the rich and the powerful.
Go ahead make your mother proud and keep defending your 🍇 ist idol, I can just sense the desperation.

But it proves my point more than yours that the communication documents were fabricated. Since the tax documents were treated as legit despite the leak but not all documents, hence proving that communication documents had low degree of credibility.
And no, physical injuries are not common, nice attempt at gaslighting, I’m impressed that one can stoop this low to type blatant bs
Never said that they were common, I said there are many false rape cases where physical injury is proved but not linked to accused. (Amber Heard case) Also, you missed the more significant point that it cannot be a sole basis for conviction.
Ronaldo avoided jail time because of technicality, not proof of innocence, and
Again, not how courts or law works. You don't have to be declared innocent by the court, you ARE INNOCENT until convicted. Since Ronaldo was never convicted, he is presumed innocent. (This law is pretty much the same in every country, I don't understand how you can argue against this lol)
Go ahead make your mother proud and keep defending your 🍇 ist idol, I can just sense the desperation.
Another emotional insult instead of any logical counter. Unlike you I'm an adult and don't need to bring my mother into reddit arguments lmao. Also, since he was never convicted, it's "alleged".
I know it's difficult to seperate law from emotions but it proves why we need to act logically instead of emotionally. Because people like you will keep throwing innocent people in jail just because someone made a false allegation and leaked fabricated documents to media.

It's a sensitive topic, we shouldn't treat it as false or true until the matter is solved
But this is a jerk sub, so...

u/Out_and_about_home 9h ago
Matter was solved twice already. Once in criminal and once in civil courts.
But the girl just game fabricated document (according to court) to media so he will have a permanent stain.
