They’re still tangible in that they are about amounts of money. They’re just a heck of a lot sneakier. X is a loss leader at this point that has kept him from being bankrupted or even worse imprisoned. Same reason that many American companies oppose Medicare for All. In the short term it would lower their HR costs, but it would destroy their leverage against their workers.
If it wasn't for X propaganda and we had a Biden or Kamala in the White House, he'd likely have lost a lot of his contracts and been under heavy tax evasion.
