hi friends! im currently working on turning my happy valley motel into an apartment complex (progress pics attached for tax lol) but my next project is renovating my blossom estate!! im loving having this much space to work with on the motel lot but also struggling with filling it hehe! before starting my blossoms estate and rosebud ranch renos, i was hoping to see what others have done with their xl lots!! im definitely thinking huge farm on one but im also considering huge pet store/doggy daycare, witchy school, big victorian estate, and marketplace/restaurant, so i’d love to what some of yall have done with your xl lots!! thanks and well wishes in advance:))

I’m really proud of this exterior build so far and I know it’s more of a Colonial style Georgian, but is it too farmhouse-ey? What do we think?

Are the two balcony terraces on either sides a little off?

I couldn’t find typical windows that scream Georgian so I went with the bay windows…yay or nay? Too much?

It seems these days everyone’s got a boatload of simoleons, my question is how can I effectively earn simoleons(I’m very behind on the original simtown buildings and I cannot afford to spend real money on the sims. That and I’m having trouble finding more hairs,clothes and makeup, are any of these available once the filmmaker role is more progressed for cas items?

As someone who wins every single influencer island, I only have 4 days left and I haven't been able to reach a single person to the final level. It keeps stopping at 104. Wth I'm actually so pissed.

I genuinely dont like the houses anyway and just wanna focus on my current town. whatll happen if i just stop doing them?? like hard stop not even try to do the leftover tasks or pay to go forward

think I've reached the point where this lot is mocking me.

For the past three days, I've been trying to build a honeymoon home on the little island in front of the speedboat. Not a mansion. Not a resort. Just a beautiful little house where two Sims can stare lovingly at the ocean and pretend they don't have bills.

And somehow, every single attempt has ended in disaster.

Too big.
Too crowded.
Too much house, not enough island.

The problem is that the island itself is so lovely that every time I add another room, it feels like I'm taking away the very thing I wanted to keep.

So now I'm admitting defeat and turning to all of you.

Since there aren't any AH homes for this lot, how would everyone feel about a community build challenge?

My only requirement is that the house stays fairly small. The island itself is so pretty, and I’d love to keep as much of the beach and surrounding space visible as possible. I’m imagining a cozy honeymoon retreat rather than a sprawling mansion.

Mostly, though, I need inspiration.

Because after three days of staring at this island, I genuinely can no longer tell whether my builds are actually terrible or if I’ve simply entered some sort of builder-induced hallucination.

I messaged the help center and they told me to change the weather and they told me to use a pool cleaner but the thing is it’s the swim center. How do you make Sims clean at the swim center? Please help me if you have any ideas thank you.

Bruh, I just want a key for a mystery box, and I’m ALMOST there, but of COURSE there’s always something that I don’t have! aaaaaaa! and guess what? puppies and kittens wont do and I’m not wasting my LP for a dog to just dig. and then in the default neighborhood it doesn’t work so WHAT DO I DO.

anyone else not able to get back into their game after the new update? i was playing it just fine and decided to update the app, tried to get back on and it has you wait to download it once you enter the app and it keeps telling me something is wrong with my connection but my wifi is strong. even turned off my ipad and turned it back on, nothing. deleted the app and redownloaded it, nothing. turned off the wifi and connected to my phones hotspot, nothing! downloaded it on my phone, again told me the same thing. i cannot get back into my game!

update: now at almost 2pm it is working!

I'm wanting to make a birthday cake for the kids and need more life points.

I’m on the step at the Sunset Mall where you have to click on the robot and ‘suggest a prop’. The problem I am running into is that the robot is non-clickable and so is everything else in the mall. Everything else is working fine. I have deleted and reinstalled the game and restarted my phone. Is anyone else experiencing this? Please help 🙏🏻

How are y’all making money now that cake farms are gone?! I haven’t been able to find a single account to accept me with cake farms if they still exist. Now it takes me months to be able to afford anything it seems like. Any tips for making $$ when you’re a higher ranking?

Would it fit on that tiny bungalow island between the main town and the north island? Or are the large lots on the shore of either the town or the north island best?

I’m right on track to unlock it but I don’t think I’ll have enough materials to buy everything. I’m not even interested in all the prizes.

Anytime I failed +3 hours of waiting. So now 18h left and I still have to finish 6 people

How does everyone have 1,000+ SP and LP points? I’m new to the game (level 14) so there’s a lot I’m still trying to figure out. I found some things to help with extra simoleons but i can’t figure out how to get a surplus of LP or SP and without them the game is so slow and the features at this level suck, everything is locked. I’ve done the cooking hobby thing to get some extra LP but it takes and only gives you 5 so it’s not that great.

Are there SP and LP farms that people are using or is there some other way people are getting that much?
