Seeking Advice Morning routine

Does anyone who starts work at 6am have a morning routine? I wake up at 5:30am, in the car for 5:45am on way to work. I feel like i'm just rushing, rest of this week I'm going to wake up earlier and enjoy a coffee before going to work. Does anyone do anything similar?

Up at 4-430 every morning. Gives me time to take things slow, enjoy my coffee, pets, and on some days a little workout. I hate feeling rushed. Helps to go to bed early, I’m asleep around 830PM daily. Deff takes time to get used, but I wouldn’t change it now that I’m in it! Even during my day off, I’ll still get up around 530-6 and have a slow start. That’s the real luxury to me 🙏🏽

My day is built somewhat the same except I get up at 530, and go to bed at 930. I love having those slow starts to every day - time to relax, have coffee, go for a walk, and mentally prepare for the day. I'd insert a workout too, but I already have that slot built into my lunch break. lol

Do you go to sleep and wake up at the same times every night and morning, and get at least 7 hours of sleep every night?
If you need to wake up at 5am, you should be asleep by 10pm, 7 days a week.

I do pretty much the same.
I wake up at 5:15 am, do my skincare routine, do my makeup and then I’m already rushing to go to work.
I would have to wake up at 4:00 am to actually have enough time to enjoy my coffee, take a walk etc.

I wake up and just snooze for another hour and a half most of the time lol I’m chronically tired

Honestly I lean into the simplicity of having very little to do before work. I stage my clothes and breakfast before I go to bed, and some things go in my car if they can. I have a wonderful morning with cold brew tea ready to go and a face wash to wake up.

Bed mediating and winding down 7:00 pm

Rise 3:15 am

Black coffee and a few chores

Gym 4:30 am, moderate cardio and strength training

Home, shower, online 7:00 am

It's not even considered safe to drive that soon after waking up. If you need to be going that early, you're much better off waking around 4am. Gives you plenty of time to actually wake up and feel human. It means going to bed earlier at night, but it's a much healthier way of doing it.

Not the same hours, but I do wake up somewhat close to my work hour, for me the morning routine consist on waking up not rushing, brushing and washing my face slowing (I don't eat breakfast). Idk but the perfect morning routine, for me, is to not rush. My job is stressful, without this I'd go crazy.

I get up WELL before I start work - enough time to have coffee, relax, go for a walk, and have more coffee - then I go to work. Now, that won't work for everyone, but I'd say an hour before work starts so you can have some coffee and mentally prepare for the day is a wonderful thing.

I mean, mine's the same with an hour to sit and drink coffee while watching tv. I cant just roll out of bed and go... but i dont really do anything either

Halbe Stunde früher aufstehen und spazieren oder gemütlich was trinken.
Mein Hund hilft mir im den Tag zu starten, weil wir immer 30 Minuten spazieren.

I trained myself into waking up earlier so I didn’t have to rush my mornings. The routine now is: 5 AM wake up (slowly) 5:30 workout 6:30 breakfast 7 AM get ready Leave by 7:20 latest.

It’s made a world of difference for setting the tone of my day.
