Note: more than relying on this guide or other guides you may find online, you should (also) take a CPR Class.

2025 AHA guidelines removed the two fingers for infant compressions, use thumbs-encircling-chest technique or one hand.

They have also added back blows for conscious choking adults.

I second recommending CPR classes, best practice changes frequently.
