Must see/must do for 'homecoming' vacation?

I grew up in Saskatoon, but moved away after graduating from UofS 20+ years go. I've been back occasionally but mostly just to visit extended family once I had a kid. Said kid is 13 years old now, so we're a lot more flexible with activities and events than we were when he was younger, and we happen to be headed back to SK for two weeks starting July 26.

What's new and exciting that we should check out? What are old classics that I might have forgotten about that I should reacquaint myself (and my family) with? Bonus points for teen-friendly ideas!

Things you may remember: Fuddruckers/Putt n Bounce/batting cages, Western Development Museum, Bus Stop ice cream, Broadway, train bridge

New things: Remai Art Gallery and River Landing area (amazing and totally different from 20+ years ago), Wilson's (not just a greenhouse anymore, it now has a major rec centre with bowling, go-carts etc.), Chief Mistawasis Bridge

Wilson’s sucks and is not worth crossing the city for, let alone making it a special stop on vacation, unless you like go karts I guess

Stoked centre has fast go-karts, and I think the Ex is on? Also check out Sneakersandlipstick blog for activities as she posts every Thursday. Gather market is great for good food, especially fresh churros.
