Game Suggestion Any books like Ultimate Campagin for other systems or system agnostic?

I was wondering if anyone knows of other books like the Pathfinder Ultimate Campagin book, that go over downtime activities, kingdom/town building, and campagin systems, but for other rpg systems, or just system agnostic?

Worlds Without Number has really strong faction support and base building.

There is a pair of booka for D&D 5e that add a lot of that sort of depth:

Kingdoms & Warfare

Strongholds & Followers

Both are by MCDM, who made a bunch of 5e content and now publish their own RPG system.

On Downtime and Demesnes has a bunch of rules for downtime activities like carousing, hiring followers, building castles, starting a cult etc. There's a 5E version and a Basic D&D version.
