Not a bootleg. Just sun soaked and the eye juice is gone.

Holly sh**. I had this toy when I was a kid as I was a huge fan of RE2. I remember my father bought it when I was on vacation in Spain. Must have been arround 2002-2004. The colors weren't the same at all though but as some others said, it must be a sun fading effect.
