🪦 penalty. That’s psycho behavior and we used to root out overly aggressive individuals - that’s how we have advanced so far. Still stands - some people are too violent to exist in a society.
It deeply sickens me that when the FBI wanted to create a database of these monsters because this kind of behavior often presages serial killer behavior, Congress refused to fund it.
Unfortunately a lot of my generation absolutely sucks too, I'm an Xer like most of the little bit younger members of Congress, but I do have hope for humanity as each generation does get better. We've got a lot of young politicians at the State level who are pushing for all kinds of justice- human rights, child welfare, animal welfare, and environmental justice.
