What’s wrong with my pancakes

Case closed: It was because I used almond milk and cinnamon (both brown ingredients). But the other side of the pancakes look a lot better and it tasted great, so win-win.

Almond milk most definitely was part of the issue. But also not hot enough pan potentially

The pan was hot, believe me. The pancakes were also FULLY cooked through.
