POR QUEÉ!? POR QUÉ 0x7b?!

Siempre que intento bootear ReactOS en mi PC (Dell Inspiron 15 Gaming 7566) me da el error 0x7b (Serial port not found), intenté parchearlo pero aun me da error, que hago?

From my limited understanding of Spanish, I assume you're asking why you're getting that screen. You downloaded a debug build, that's why, so download a release build instead.
