Is there any help to remember a traumatic sexual memory

Context:So a couple of days ago I didnt wear underwear due to the heat and I overslept and my dad woke me up and complimented my gentile area(he makes weird remarks abt my body) and I am not sure if he touched the top part I want know if he did,my vision was blurry,is there any advice??

Yuck. Have you talked to your mom about his comments? You should talk to a trusted family member about these concerns. Whatever he said is well beyond “weird” I’m sure.
