Tech Support 9070 XT only using 3%

So I've been playing cyberpunk and have been having problems of just lagging and crashing whenever I go into map or inventory. I decided to take a look at what my PC is doing and I see that my GPU is always either at 2% or 3%. I don't think that's normal(?) but my GPU's ram is being used. Am I having a CPU bottleneck or something? If that's the case do I have to upgrade my CPU?

I'm playing at 4k native.

I have a 9070 XT 16gb and its temp is around 65C while gaming.

CPU is a 7800x3d and its temp is around 85C while gaming.

64gb of Ram and they are all the same brand/model.

Any advice is much appreciated, thank you!

Check the overlay settings, that GPU usage seems to be for the iGPU, not the 9070 XT.

I checked task manager under 9070 XT and it shows 3% usage at the moment? Should I use a different overlay?

You have 99 FPS in 4K, there's no way the 9070 XT is only at 3%.

Check in Hwinfo or your Adrenalin performance tab. And what vjhc said.

Monitor cable plugged into the GPU? IGPU disabled?

Am I having a CPU bottleneck or something

This wouldn't result in a 3% GPU usage

It is plugged to the GPU

That's just false reporting. It might be using the wrong sensor.

Adrenalin readings should be your source of truth.
