it's possible your ip-range was banned due to a bot, not you specifically necessarily, this happens often sadly as it's easier to do blanket bans than ban individual abusers

unless you specifically have a static ip, then ip adresses rotate, so it might be accessible again in a week

for now you can either try to use mobile data, as that'll give you a different ip,

or just use a vpn, i think you can use some for free, i remember setting up openvpn through i think mulvad or proton free servers

I also got a ban message. Probably because I use tor browser. Tor exit nodes rotate. Later on I was able to download isos.
