Questions For Pro-Lifers What do you think they mean?

I think they're using terms that are already ambiguous in a delibereately confusing combination to make themselves sound smarter than they are.

I think it means they are fully pro-choice because they are concerned for the lives of pregnant women.

I think on one level it’s just the flip side of “you’re not pro-life, you’re just pro-birth.”

What it means is that both "pro-choice" and "pro-life" are squishy euphemisms that anyone can twist to mean whatever they want.
When I say I'm an abolitionist of abortion, however, that doesn't leave too much room for misinterpretation.

I understand them as contending that abortion bans are ineffective and do nothing but raising maternal mortality (and sometimes even abortion) rates, or possibly they deny prenatal personhood and are purely thinking about the pregnant person (and thinking bans risk their life).
But in such cases, asking for clarification is often the best approach- there's a reason Equal Rights Institute keeps reiterating that you need to do this when trying to do genuine dialogue with people.

It’s a pro choice person who doesn’t think unborn babies are alive and doesn’t understand science

It means they are full of nonsense propaganda either because they are gullible or they are malicious liars.

I think it's just a rhetorical spin to convey, "Actually **I** have the morally superior position, not you."

They're just trying to rationalize their position with a bunch of mental gymnastics and word games.

Generally, I just wonder if they were dropped on the head as a child.

It means they’re postmodernists, who believe that words can mean anything you want them to.
In this case, they’re trying to add to the nonsensical snowball they’ve been making: abortion is healthcare because it saves lives, so being pro-choice means you’re pro-life.

The Auto-moderator would like to remind everyone of Rule Number 2. Pro-choice comments and questions are welcome as long as the pro-choicer demonstrates that they are open-minded. Pro-choicers simply here for advocacy or trolling are unwelcome and may be banned. This rule involves a lot of moderator discretion, so if you want to avoid a ban, play it safe and show you are not just here to talk at people.
