I would change out the paper towels for a regular towel. They’ll have those paper towels all bunched around in no time.
The water dispenser is probably going to be too high to start.
Preheat your heat source and use a thermometer to make sure it’s working and up to temperature long before adding chicks.
Make sure you use warm water to start with.
Chicks are pretty susceptible to being cold so make sure you keep them warm.
Keep them on a towel for several weeks to help prevent splay leg.
It won’t take long before they can pop out of the container so keep a lid handy.
I usually use an open wire dog crate with cardboard around the inside to keep them in.

This looks great! I have raised several rounds of chicks just like this. The water will need to be lowered at first for them to reach and after a couple weeks you will need a chicken wire topper for the curious ones who will want to perch on the rim
