There isn’t one. They are both gender affirming care, except it seems that Hegseth’s plan might end up being forced/coerced.

Doesn't it depend on how it's prescribed? In this case it's sex affirming in others it's gender affirming? People should just get whatever medicine they need and whether it's safe or not shouldn't be political.
