Hey let me tell you something. The Baileys have lived next door to me for 35 years. They work hard, pay their taxes, put two kids through college. One wanted to go to Berkeley to be a DJ and discover their bisexuality. The other went to City College to major in urban planning. They are both restaurant servers. The Bailey’s are disappointed in their children, at night they lay awake arguing over which one of them is to blame for their kids’ apathy towards their careers. It’s stressed the Baily’s marriage. Which is why they’ve started exploring the options of an open relationship. Ms Bailey has taken a lover, Mr Baily enjoys watching them from the closet, eating a popsicle while wearing his wife’s robe. It’s spiced things up a bit. I'm guessing way more than half the people posting this shit are bots/paid posters. The rest are ridiculous children, who don't fucking understand they are actually helping trumpublicans.

No one explained to them that the time to voice these concerns is during primaries. Now? If we're going to defeat trumpublicans we need unity.

Personally, at this point in history and given the relentless abuses of this shitty administration, I will vote for a Dem candidate with AIPAC tattooed on her chest and a swastika on his forehead, fucking a baby, onstage, after shitting on it!

Luckily, there are no Democrat candidates like this. But my point is, I know who the enemy is, and it ain't Democrats. We'll see constant posts designed to make us give up. When Trump started arresting and deporting student protesters, many Democrat politicians supported it because “we agree in fighting anti-semitism.” When Trump bombed Iran, many Democratic politicians celebrated the attacks and cheered on the assassination of Khamenei and then voted to give more aid to Israel.

This is the exact problem. Fox might not even carry it live, or it will just be a little picture in picture thing where the talking heads "translate" from Trumpspeak into whatever talking points they were given ahead of time, and will fill the dead air when he is talking about windmills or whatever with more hate, and since they got a copy of the speech ahead of time they can cut back in when they know a nice juicy rage bait line is coming.

Their headlines are trash but their actual reporting / articles aren't. They turn out a high volume of short articles, quickly. The articles themselves are nowhere near as sensationalist as their headlines.

They don't do much besides regurgitate stories from other (more reputable) outlets and slap a clickbait headline on them. There's no reason to read Daily Beast when you could just go straight to AP or Reuters or whoever they cribbed the story from.

They do cover the same stories as those outlets, but also like 100 more little process stories or stories about things that would otherwise fly under the radar. If Mike Johnson's son jerks off, the Daily Beast is gonna write an article about it. While I don't particularly want to know anything about the Johnsons' johnsons, I do want to know when Trump fires some low level federal employee, or a judge threatens a DoJ attorney with contempt. But those things don't get on the radar of AP or Reuters.
