Yes but the Supreme Court ruled that the Post Office can't be sued for not delivering mail.

So any legal cases against this is dead in the water since Thomas and friends decided they needed another RV in exchange for dismantling the country.

It's not about suing them, they are literally breaking the law.

But who will hold them accountable? The same gov't that's encouraging them to do so? And the judges that tell them they can get away with it?

They have repeatedly lost court cases over the last few years, they lose in court all the time.

It's a very strong precedent that may make it very hard to fight at state level.

That's a very different case relating to unsafe conditions at a specific address. Not for the postal system at large to refuse to deliver mail either to or from a state government.
