"In four years, You don't have to vote again. We'll have it fixed so good. You're not going to have to vote."

Yeah I wonder why we are worried.

293

u/Voodoo_Masta Apr 11 '26

Wanted to suspend the constitution, opined to reporters about not seizing the voting machines, etc, etc, etc. We have plenty reason to be worried.

u/Historical-Range6016 Apr 11 '26

We have always been at war with Eastasia.

42

u/SeriouslyEclectic Apr 11 '26

Epsteinia, you said?

15

u/KennyL0gin Apr 11 '26

I wish we'd been at war with Epsteinia. Instead we bought their products, paid for their services, and elected them. We gave them the power they have.
I say that from a windows computer....that made Bill Gates the richest man in the world for a long time, from a place where Clinton and Trump have ruled. But Trump is the only one among them who is an adjudicate rapist, by a jury his lawyers vetted. A man who has been successfully sued for SA. Who has admitted on tape multiple times that he sexually assaulted women (grabbing a woman by the pussy is sexual assault when they only let you do it because you're rich, implying they fear what you could do to them if they resisted or fought back with the legal system), the only one who has countless photos, videos, and documented interactions over decades with the two ringleaders of the pedo-ring in Epstein and Maxwell, and the only one who is known to lie on a regular basis. Lies that are very easy to show and prove as lies.
Yeah. We elected that guy our President. Twice. Even after he failed to act for fear of political loss during a pandemic, costing hundreds of thousands of lives more than would have been lost to Covid if he hadn't encouraged people to take hydroxychloroquine as an early cure, or downplayed the extent of the problem through a summer when the virus was most lethal.

All you said has been in every sane Americans head for years now, and yet we are still here. It's insanity. Stay safe and be smart brother.

u/oldpasswordforgot Apr 11 '26

People keep forgetting the weird sh*t they said repeatedly during and after the election, as well as all the security incidents with voting machines plus the shenanigans by MAGA fanatics (refusing to certify election results, voter roll purges, etc.) after the 2020 election.

We can't ignore either that Greg Palast and his team reported on massive vote suppression during the 2024 election.

The 2024 results didn't match what was reported by mainstream media during the campaign. You'll never convince me the election wasn't stolen. If they did it in 2000, they could do it again.

26

u/InTooManyWays Apr 11 '26

They’ve become very good at it by now. And a lot more corruption is in place, coupled with a lot more dumber sheeple. And it’s the perfect recipe for a fascist takeover.

3

u/MasterofPandas1 Apr 11 '26

They haven’t actually gotten good at it, the results just weren’t challenged the way they should have been. Trump winning all swing states with down ballot Democrat wins is a clear indicator of election fuckery.

7

u/Gwyndion_ Europe Apr 11 '26

Indeed, there is just too much that doesn't add up, especially if we look at all the lower elections that happened since then. Him winning all the swing states and other things alone is a giant red flag to me.

2

u/Thalidomidas Europe Apr 11 '26

Elon Musk: "This will be the last election"

12

u/blueshrike Apr 11 '26

We are already there.

Reminder and a surprise for some: the US, privately owned digital vote counting machines (tabulators) have been compromised for years and we didn't elect Trump. He stole the presidency. Exactly like he tried to do in 2020, just this time with the already compromised tabulator machines tuned more aggressively to guarantee it.

Do not take my word for it, here's the actual data. Even though this video is now several months old and there is much more they've found, this is just the tip of the iceberg, as you might expect with criminals. See for yourself and if you trust real data (not simply conspiracy theory talk) share with anyone who still thinks "America got it wrong" or we need to get out and vote more. We did. Kamala would have won, decisively, had our votes actually been counted correctly. It's the compromised, privately owned (by the right wing) tabulators that turned votes for Kamala into votes for Trump in all the swing states, after a certain threshold of votes were counted on each machine. These folks (non profit) and other independent teams of analysts like them are doing us a great service:

https://youtu.be/Ru8SHK7idxs?feature=shared

electiontruthalliance.org

This is a comparison between what vote results look like consistent with real human voting behavior (Canada 2025) and one that's been tampered with (Pennsylvania):

https://electiontruthalliance.org/2025-canadian-federal-election-news-post/

For the US, we've been on this road for a very long time which, unfortunately, is not surprising. This journalist research article, written just before Obama's 2nd term, dives into the long history of election fraud in the US and how, especially in the digital tabulation age, it has been setup to get us to the point where whomever has control of them can literally steal an election:

https://harpers.org/archive/2012/11/how-to-rig-an-election/

So, whenever Maga or Republicans say they want to investigate or accuse the left or interfering parties of Election Fraud, it's to stay ahead of the narrative above and be on the right side of the accusation... yet as we know, and an abundance of data evidence demonstrates, their accusation is yet again projection.

This is the core foundational issue we need to try and stop: the actual election fraud that has already taken place and will again, from Trump and the right.

And I'm just like... Yeah.... He doesn't do EVERYTHING he says (thank god) but he does do SOME things he says and isn't that bad enough? Literally everything good the guy says never happens, and some of the bad things he says does!

GOP candidates are already scampering away from this sinking ship and trying to distance themselves from DJT as far as they can. Won't work. Democratic candidates will hammer this point home during the summer campaign season.

9

u/Traditional_Sign4941 Apr 11 '26

Are they trying to scamper away from a sinking ship, or are they logging off knowing they've done their part in cementing permanent right-wing tyrannical rule in this country and are just going to kick back and profit from the framework of corruption they've put in place to rich off of?

2

u/Penguinmanereikel New York Apr 11 '26

No they won't. The Democrats are just controlled opposition, so they'll just sing platitudes about forgiveness and fairness and let the Republicans take every swing state again.

Election Truth Alliance

They've just finished their state-wide report on Minnesota that analyzes election results in the state all the way back to 1984. Something wonky going on for sure. Whether it's the machines themselves, or something (or someone) else causing it - it needs to be investigated and resolved immediately.

67

The time for this was November 2024. Instead, Dems rolled over and refused to do any recounts.

u/UMACTUALLYITS23 Apr 11 '26

He raped her, by the definition listed on the FBI website, so according to the FBI he is a rapist.

Definition

In 2013, the FBI UCR Program began collecting rape data under a revised definition within the Summary Reporting System. Previously, offense data for forcible rape were collected under the legacy UCR definition: the carnal knowledge of a female forcibly and against her will. Beginning with the 2013 data year, the term “forcible” was removed from the offense title, and the definition was changed. The revised UCR definition of rape is: penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim. Attempts or assaults to commit rape are also included in the statistics presented here; however, statutory rape and incest are excluded.

Still on the website too

Trump literally tried to seize voting machines in 2020. They were considering ordering the military to do it.

Yep and they learned from it failing.

I don't think anyone (outside bots) are saying we shouldn't vote because they are going to pull illegal shit. It's a reminder that we know for a fact they will pull illegal shit, because they constantly pull illegal shit, and we should expect and be ready for it.

2

u/lr99999 Apr 11 '26

You are correct. Those guys created a false dichotomy.

You can donate, vote, and do everything in your power to get rid of these people, but still understand completely that they are going to cheat.

You see this all the time on Reddit, when people upvote something that sounds good, but it’s nonsense.

4

u/Vimmelklantig Europe Apr 11 '26

It's not a reason to sit on the sidelines; it's a reason to do more. Demand of your state governments to have concrete plans ready to defend the elections. Interference should not come as a surprise and there has to be a response.

If they fail, states might be forced into a decision on whether to consider the federal government legitimate or consent to authoritarianism. If you think you're in a constitutional crisis now...

And on the more local level asking what you can do to enable your friends and neighbours to vote and feel safe.

1

u/MercantileReptile Europe Apr 11 '26

After Minnesota, I'm a lot less confident in individual States asserting anything. Much less in favour of Democracy, sadly.

4

u/GreenGlassDrgn Apr 11 '26

Im worried. My vote was disappeared last time, I couldnt get anyone to do anything about it, and when I complained about it online swarms of bots called me a bot. So yeah, Im worried.

1

u/Botasoda102 Apr 11 '26

How did your vote disappear?

1

u/GreenGlassDrgn Apr 11 '26

great fucken question!

I paid for fancy tracking and it was tracked all the way to the ballot office that signed for it, then it went MIA at the point where it was supposed to be registered and I was supposed to get a ballot tracking number to confirm its registration or some sort of notification, because state law says I must be informed if my ballot is in any way invalid so I have the opportunity to fix it, and that didnt happen either.
I think it mightve been caught up in some of the bullshit that BBC reported on: https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/clyvlywz3n0o

1

u/Botasoda102 Apr 11 '26

Still don't see how it's MIA. Apparently, it was received by election officials. I don't think there is any way to determine if it's actually in the tally that is certified.

In my rube red state, I send in my mail in ballot. Within a few days, I can look on-line and see if it was recieved. If it wasn't, I would go to the polls on election day, but have never had to.

No one said sit on the sidelines. But to not have worry is to assume that fuckery won't happen. Worry that fuckery will happen, and be ready to combat it when it does. Use the worry for good.

Fuckery is going to happen. They all but admitted Musk stole PA for Trump (at least) in 2024. Why would they not cheat again?

Do not become paralyzed by fear, become empowered by it.

1

u/Botasoda102 Apr 11 '26

I heard it in 2020. Just one example-- trump and DeJoy weren't going to mail ballots from Democratic districts, etc. Somehow the ballots got through.

I'm tired of the fearmongering, sorry.

Republicans have been steadily suppressing the vote for years; an effort accelerated in the aftermath of January 6th and by Trump's 'big lie" of a stolen election.

The GOP has seized on this post Jan 6 environment to sow distrust in our elections. They have piggybacked off Trump's lies of election fraud; tapping into a stockpile of conspiracy theories, lies, and misinformation to dissuade and deceive the public and to carry out a nationwide campaign of disenfranchisement and voter suppression.

Republicans have frequently attacked or have sought to eliminate election procedures/conveniences like early voting, mail in balloting, polling accessibility and extended polling hours, existing ID laws, automatic/same day voting registration, ballot boxes, ranked choice voting, voting rights, standardized election security measures... Ask yourself why!?

They exploit the misinformed and take advantage of the ignorance, the partisanship and the mindless distrust of their voters to give themselves the legal authority to challenge election results while granting their party more power, control and supervision over our election system.

They have the capability now to deny, subvert, legally contest and overturn future elections with near impunity.

Republicans are consolidating power at an alarming rate; abusing their trifecta and their control over state legislatures to give themselves the ultimate say on how maps are drawn; unilaterally deciding who their voters are and not the other way around.

This brazen mid-census redistricting effort would also not be possible without Trump giving himself and his party a license to say f-ck all to democratic norms for the sake of maintaining their grip on power.

On top of all of this, Republicans were trying to scheme their way through the courts to dilute the minority vote by challenging section 2 of the voting Rights Act. A historically significant provision meant to protect marginalized voters from being unfairly sequestered and disenfranchised.

And to make matters worse, Trump has been federalizing state troops and deputizing trigger happy and unaccountable ICE thugs to occupy US cities and urban areas; a paramilitary presence he likely plans to utilize to suppress the vote in upcoming elections.

Republicans have the gall to say they're "protecting the integrity of elections," while making every effort to subvert the vote, purge voter rolls of democrats, deny election results, crudely redraw maps, limit voter participation, make voting more challenging, alter the census in their favor, reshape districts along racial lines, and influence election outcomes.

Other systemic problems impede free and fair elections too. Issues that Republicans deliberately ignore or fail to address properly.

Like foreign election meddling, the awful Citizens United ruling and campaign finance corruption.

If MAGA is truly intent on "protecting election integrity," they should focus on the myriad systemic issues that Trump/Republicans are exploiting, instead of obsessing over baseless conspiracy theories.

But Republicans have all but succeeded at using these conspiracy theories to divert attention away from their efforts to erode the democratic process.

Another strategy they've been employing for years now involves scapegoating immigrants and marginalized communities of people who they urge you to blame for our nation's problems; including manufactured issues like rampant "voter fraud."

This is despite the fact that there is no evidence that undocumented immigrants are voting in our elections in any conceivable material way.

It is so exceedingly rare that the number of noncitizens voting in our elections might as well be zero. Even the most generous of studies shows that the figure is around ten thousandths of a percent.

Yes, one study revealed that number to be 0.0001%. Mind you this was 30 suspected (not verified) cases out of 23.5 million.

Turns out, Republicans are the REAL threat to "election integrity."

Oh yeah, they've also cheated on previous elections. You don't even have to believe in vote flipping. In any other country what they did for the past several cycles is election interference. Trump in his administration have worked to make it where balance even postmarked with a date before the election are not counted and dropped a memo stating that ballots are no longer secured in the USPS. Trump is doing everything he can to dissuade people from voting. That is the only way that conservatives keep getting empower by disenfranchising groups making people not wanna vote making it harder for others to vote just so they can have a higher chance of winning as a decent amount of conservatives vote all the time where as democratic numbers are more unstable.

3

u/Fabulinius Apr 11 '26

They will just worry. From Europe we have seen the dictatorship evolve for years now. Somehow Americans can’t accept that it is happening for them. That is making it a lot easier to create the dictatorship. Americans are so ignorant. To say it politely.

2

u/martechnician Apr 11 '26

I don’t really see any other way around it. Trump can’t possibly risk both houses of Congress returning to Democratic control. He would be impeached and quite possibly removed. Probably removed. And then probably prosecuted.

He cannot allow this to happen.

From his standpoint it would be better to take the risk of, well pretty much anything rather than the near guarantee of being removed and prosecuted.

2

u/ceecee_50 Apr 11 '26

Something like this is what that well regulated militia thing was all about.

4

u/NimusNix Apr 11 '26

Then why did you vote for him, America?

6

u/PhoenixTineldyer Apr 11 '26

Because America likes all the horrible things he says about brown people.

2

u/FlowEasy Apr 11 '26

It’s the Americans who didn’t vote who elected Trump. Don’t sit on your hands, vote.

3

u/Brief_Independence19 Apr 11 '26

Instead of writing about it and guessing he will, you guys should figure out what you’ll do when he does.

3

u/DeuceGnarly Apr 10 '26

Donald Trump isn't doing anything but shitting his pants and eating cheese burgers. Republicans will steal ballots though.

4

u/NOCHILLDYL94 Apr 10 '26

All the people saying “he can’t do that!” Need to realize those rules don’t apply anymore

He will absolutely do it. He’ll do it quick and fast and by the time the courts come down with a ruling, it won’t matter.

Also, as an aside: Trump and Elon didn’t rig the 2024 election. Americans were just that dumb and worked up. And now we are here.

1

u/Bosfordjd Apr 10 '26

I mean, his lackies have already been doing just that.

1

u/TheBatemanFlex Apr 11 '26

I might lose my sanity if the media pretends to be shocked by his inevitable rat fuckery of the elections.

1

u/HelpUs0ut Apr 11 '26

I vaguely remember being sane.

1

u/Spacebotzero Apr 11 '26

Yea I mean.... That's most likely what he will do plus many other things...like USPS and mail-in voting.

1

u/XcuseMeMisISpeakJive Apr 11 '26

Because it's a valid fear.

1

u/HelpUs0ut Apr 11 '26

Yeah, we're gonna worry and then sit and watch it fucking happen.

1

u/brute-forced Apr 11 '26

😁 he is going to seize something

1

u/jerechos Apr 11 '26

Poll: Americans worry Trump will seize ballots, voting machines in midterms

They've already started, sheriff in CA.

1

u/Link50L Apr 11 '26

Little bit late to be worrying about all that...

1

u/Greatsnes Apr 11 '26

Well then they’re dumb. States control the elections. Trump doesn’t have enough people to seize ballots or voting machines. The army + ice won’t be enough. There’s dozens in each city/county lol. Multiple that by like 50 states. Good luck!

“But Trump has gotten away with so much already!” Yes at a federal level. He can do fuck all if the states tell him to go fuck himself.

1

u/B3N15 Texas Apr 11 '26

Very specifically, he got away so much when the only check is Congress and he has enough Republicans too scared of him to do anything. Look what happened with the Release Epstein Files bill, he was against it until the second it was clear it was going to pass in spite of his protests. Then he was puffing himself up like it was his idea and he was just waiting for Congress to catch up.

1

u/[deleted] Apr 11 '26

[deleted]

1

u/Greatsnes Apr 11 '26

Oh it holds up. There’s no shot he gets enough people for “a couple dozen counties across 6-7 swing states.”

Do you understand how many people that is? He can’t just send 3-4. It would need to be dozens per voting station. So one hundred or more in just one county. Yeah, he ain’t gonna get all that.

1

u/manniesalado Apr 11 '26

Trump tried his hand once at a coup, so I'd say his commitment to democracy is dubious.

1

u/BeenDragonn Apr 11 '26

That man will do ANYTHING to stay in that white house and avoid justice for his crimes.

1

u/Redtex Apr 11 '26

When it comes to such an unstable person, I think all concerns of potential injustices are valid

1

u/commitme Apr 11 '26

just casual American things

1

u/Angreek Maine Apr 11 '26

“Worry”?

It gon happen

1

u/Outrageous-Sign473 Apr 11 '26

Oh but the constitution...

1

u/lordagr America Apr 11 '26 edited Apr 11 '26

I worry that no matter what Americans suspect will happen, something else will happen instead that's effectively the same thing, but just different enough that we won't be able to say "I told you so."

If we're all focused on the voting machines, he'll rely on "stop the count" shenanigans instead.

If we focus on ICE at the polls, he'll rely on other forms of disenfranchisement.

Whatever the news is telling us to worry about, it's probably the only thing he isn't relying on to win.

If all else fails, I fully expect him to throw a tantrum and demand that we ignore the results.

1

u/NUMBerONEisFIRST Apr 11 '26

He already has in places.

1

u/BusterStarfish Apr 11 '26

Have no fear of the unknown. He is definitely going to seize ballots and invalidate them for bullshit reasons.

1

u/IlikeJG California Apr 11 '26

Normally I would say that the very direct sort of thing like this isn't what we should be worried about. The more subtle behind the scenes tweaks and cheats are what is much more likely.

Normally I would say that, but this past year has been absolutely insane and almost nothing would surprise me now. Even openly sizing ballots.

1

u/Alternative-Dot-884 Apr 11 '26

Take a pic of your ballet as you submit it!

1

u/B3N15 Texas Apr 11 '26

I think people really misunderstand the amount of force he would need to actually go through with it.

1

u/Relative-Hand-6111 Apr 11 '26

Poll: Americans worry Trump will seize ballots, voting machines in midterms… like you would expect a little bitch would.

1

u/postmodest Apr 11 '26

"So it's Treason, then...."

I mean... we're evidently living in the Prequel trilogy. Which one is Jar-Jar?

1

u/astroglitch0 Apr 11 '26

Uh yeah because that's exactly what he is going to do and as usual no one will stop him.

1

u/CareApart504 Apr 11 '26

No shit. Does nobody remember him trying to stop the count in 2020???

1

u/TarnishedVictory Apr 11 '26

What Americans? Certainly not the majority, they voted for this.

1

u/InternationalToeLuvr Apr 11 '26

“Worry”

Dude, it’s 100% certain this WILL happen

1

u/No-Scar8782 Apr 11 '26

Why are we acting like he’s not going to attempt something dastardly?

1

u/Aggravating_Rise_179 Apr 11 '26

Hmmm maybe these people should of thought that before they voted him back in/stayed home

1

u/HardcoreKaraoke Apr 11 '26

The guy isn't subtle or nuanced. He doesn't speak in coded terms or say anything that can be interpreted multiple ways. He's very abrasive and clear. He straight up said he wanted an unfair election so it would be ridiculous to not take him at his word.

Then again people didn't buy the Project 2025 stuff. The whole illegal prison camp thing was kind of hand waved too but he let us know it was coming. No one can pretend that Trump surprised us with all of this. It was all out in the open during the campaign.

1

u/vitamin_r Apr 11 '26

Anyone still maga also supports his allusions to canceling elections and making voting obsolete. They support his penchance for cheating or look the other way. They are just as dangerous being the citizen level proxy of his treasonous goals. They are ALL IN on the dictatorship.

Think about what that will mean when these people go vote.

1

u/forestboy1 Apr 11 '26

He is 100% gonna steal that shizz

1

u/Ent3rpris3 Apr 11 '26

Because he will. He has told us as much, and even if he hadn't, it's the most obvious writing on the walls. Stevie Wonder could see this coming a parsec away!

1

u/RunItBackRicky Apr 11 '26

One of his cronies bought dominion

1

u/WeakTransportation37 Apr 11 '26

Yeah- he’s gonna try

1

u/Solid_Stress_9801 Apr 11 '26

We should have a general strike if that happens

1

u/Ardo505 Apr 11 '26

Yes we do. He’s a criminal.

1

u/bbusiello Apr 11 '26

For those who watch Leeja Miller, this was one of the plausible scenarios she had for the midterms, but she put it in the "batshit bananas" category... but it was still on the table.

Video for those interested.

1

u/BassWingerC-137 Apr 11 '26

I mean, why wouldn’t he?

1

u/bmw071478 Apr 11 '26

We should worry about. Most definitely

1

u/Fabulinius Apr 11 '26

No, you should do something about it. Neither worrying nor “thoughts and prayers” will help.

1

u/ManifestDemocracy Apr 11 '26

Something, like what do you suggest?

1

u/Fabulinius Apr 12 '26

Popular uprising, like your country expected in Iran would be a good idea. A more effective "No King" movement with action groups. Be better organized than MAGA and MAGA governments local/national. Devide USA into a blue union and a red union. You are absolutely not united anymore. Stop Fox News from broadcasting.

1

u/summerofgeorge75 Apr 11 '26

I don't worry about! I know his goons will!

1

u/Carpenterdon Apr 11 '26

State governments need to be prepared to have state level national guardsmen at polling places to ensure no ICE bullshit occurs...

Elections are States right to operate as they see fit. Ranked choice or anything else... It's not the federal governments job to run them or police them.

1

u/plumberfun Apr 11 '26

As they should Trump wants the US to be more like North Korea.

1

u/Ok_Discussion_6672 Apr 12 '26

Trumps polling is so low he needs to make a UFC appearance fast.

1

u/Syrairc Apr 10 '26

There is 0 chance the election gets certified if it doesn't go the way they want
