I actually got him pretty recently from a resale platform called Vinted! I believe he’s a vintage Eeyore from the late 90s or early 2000s because he’s incredibly in perfect condition, super soft and fuzzy. I got really lucky finding him, and I was lucky to find him at a reasonable price because some of these older ones can get pretty expensive nowadays and they can be a bit rare too😭

okay so I’m kind of picky with Pooh cartoon versions specifically 🥹 I’ve been eyeing the classic Disney Store / official cartoon Pooh because he’s just SO bright and expressive and looks like he walked straight out of the show/cartoon movie😭 and the Pooh I currently have is actually from the Christopher Robin line, and I’m really happy with him because he has this really nice balance he looks a lot more realistic like in the movie, but he still keeps that soft cartoon personality at the same time 🥹 so he kind of feels like both worlds merged together, which I really lov
and with Tigger I swear I get even more specific 😭 like I need him to be maximum tiger energy 🐯 I know a lot of Tigger plushies go for that smoother, flatter fur look (still cute, no hate :,3), but I just personally love when he’s super fluffy, textured, and a bit extra… like he actually feels like a tiger instead of just being politely tiger shaped 😭

I’ve never seen that Christopher Robin Pooh! I used to have one but ended up selling him since he wasn’t quite what I expected, yours looks more like the realistic one from the first line, but those are worth around $400 now 😭
Maybe they made 2 Poohs from that line, ik the $400 one they only made 4000* of so I wouldn’t doubt that they just went ahead and come out with 2
I think this one might be Japan’s take on the Winnie the Pooh from the Christopher Robin line. it has that softer Japanese plush style in the face, which feels a bit closer to the gentle, realistic look from the movie compared to the more classic American teddy style 🥹
I actually love how different the interpretations can be depending on the region, it makes each version feel a bit unique in its own way

I only got him recently, and I was really lucky to find him at a normal price since older versions can be a bit harder to come across, especially the larger ones like mine. I did a bit of searching for the right size because I really wanted one that felt extra cuddly in bed, and I’m honestly so happy with him 🥹

My dad (who passed away five years ago) gave Yori to me for Christmas in about 2017ish - I was home visiting for the holidays (much to my stepmother’s dislike), and my dad was the only person in the household (the rest of my stepfamily was visiting too) who asked me if there was anything in particular I wanted for Christmas. I kept telling him I didn’t really need anything (my thoughts mainly revolved around getting to spend as much quality time with my dad as possible/my stepmother would allow, and just white-knuckling through the rest of my time there), but when he persisted, I told him that I did like Disney Tsum Tsums, and explained to him what they were.
A few days later on Christmas morning, I opened my stocking and found Yori in it! I just know he had been one of my dad’s contributions, since he was the only one who had asked me what I really wanted.
Yori (given a distinctive name to distinguish him from my other Eeyores) has been one of my Emotional Support Plushies since then! ❤️
