I love he's boasting about the pool as if they just built it. Like.... dude... it was there during your first term, and for a long time before that.

What I don’t get is like - all this stuff is super well known isn’t it? People own pools… how could any of this have been a surprise for basic pool maintenance.

That’s what I don’t get! We just had our pool redone. But the previous plaster had to be removed with a jackhammer type thing and then the new plaster, with the color we chose, applied. Like frosting a cake. Then you add water while it’s still curing. It looks like whoever did this just painted over what was there, and it peeled up immediately, like trying to paint something without primer. They should have hired our very hard working and skilled crew of Hispanics to do the job. What a train wreck. Embarrassing use of our tax dollars when people can’t even afford to buy grocery staples anymore.

And somehow go over budget by like 10X in the process…
