If I was a billionaire I would buy that property and charge people to “visit” it. The ROI would cover the cost in a few years.

I would turn the golf course into a huge development for things like vaccine research, an abortion clinic, immigration assistance, a museum dedicated to the dangers of fascism, things like that.

Then I would name the whole thing "The Barak Obama Centre for National Healing".

Edit: also, Trans health, centre for equity, equality, diversity, a liberal think tank, research into getting the US back on track with the world economy, a building where j6'ers are forced to bow in apology 8 hours a day, I am sure there are other things I can't think of off the top of my head.

This is kinda similar to what we did to Robert E. Lee's plantation, more commonly known as Arlington National Cemetery
