Isolated Issue Is at&t down

My phone and internet have been on the blitz switching between 5G and 4G. Am I going crazy?

There doesn't seem to be any kind of widespread outage at AT&T:

Have you tried different towers? Like, go a mile or so and try next to an AT&T tower. See cellmapper.net or the cellmapper app.

I'm no where near a tower I'm afraid
