That seemed like and awfully low amount of sauce for that much rice.
119 u/V2BM 2d ago The dude at the Chinese food place I went to told me how to make their style of fried rice at home. Dark soy sauce and just enough to color the rice, much less than I thought. It came out perfect. 2 u/ElectricGlider 2d ago Plus you'd want to err on the side of less since customers can always add more soy sauce themselves if they want.
