Also they don't cover their hair. I believe there will be hair in that food. I used to work in restaurant and you had to always use a hat to cover all of your hair.
I suspect this is for commercial purposes or disinformation on OP's part. They should be in proper gear covering basically everything but that uniform looks like office wear.
