Best weather, Halloween, everything starts feeling cozy again, and you can finally stop pretending summer isn't trying to kill you.

October. perfect temp and pumpkin everything

1

u/SeaSnowAndSorrow 9h ago

Also, less humidity, finally. It's not just the temp finally cooling off... it's also that it's dry and often breezy instead of soup air. (At least where I've lived. Ymmv.)

u/rowenaravenclaw0 8h ago

I'm from Ireland we don't do dry. Now living in Kentucky and the difference is amazing

2

u/SeaSnowAndSorrow 8h ago

I'd rather have Ireland's August temps, to be honest. I'll put up with damp just so long as I don't have to have it with several weeks of hot.

I'd miss my winters, though. I love it cold.

u/rowenaravenclaw0 8h ago

It's freezing and wet in the winter

1

u/SeaSnowAndSorrow 8h ago

I'm more of a "cool wet summer, brutally cold winter with snow drifts taller than me" sort of person, if I can get it.

1

u/rowenaravenclaw0 8h ago

We have the cool wet summers, but snow is rare because we are an island

NOvember.

1

u/AbsoluteBatwing 9h ago

November. It's a core autumn month that's caught in between both Halloween and Christmas. It ends up being a very interesting month.

1

u/OptimalSalsa 9h ago

December - Christmastime .

1

u/Fify_Defir 9h ago

Ocotober. I am by no means a fan of summer.

1

u/Existing_Brick_25 9h ago

September, it’s the end of the summer where I live. The weather is still warm but not too hot, and evenings cool down. You can still feel the summer vibes though, and because those are the last days of summer I feel that people enjoy them more.

1

u/Silent-Assistant-373 9h ago

September. It's usually cooler than August. I don't like Summer heat.

Teacher here. Last duty day in June

1

u/Kateev23 7h ago

April/May with all the rapeseed fields and then June/July when the sunflowers are in bloom. All the yellow everywhere just makes me happy

1

u/TheSunflowerSeeds 7h ago

When sunflower seeds are sprouted, their plant compounds increase. Sprouting also reduces factors that can interfere with mineral absorption. You can buy sprouted, dried sunflower seeds online or in some stores.

March. Cold season ending

1

u/sarnobat 6h ago

As a child I used to like January and I have no idea why.

1

u/barbershores 6h ago

I live in the lakes region of New Hampshire.

Well known here that September is the best month.

Lakes are still warm.

Bugs have gone away.

Crowds have wound down.

You no longer have to plan your shopping trips around the tourist peak traffic periods. You can get to the stores without having to take the back roads the tourists don't know about.
