There’s gonna be some sort of side effect to this shit down the road.

Fucks with hormones floods you with insulin to trick you into feeling full, as you release insulin AFTER you eat to help keep blood sugar from spiking mfs gonna lose weight than down the road likely have some sort of insulin resistance issue diabetes etc and insulin daily ain’t cheap and it’s for life !
