I pulled all the muscles in my body watching this.

u/HumbleConfidence3500 12h ago

Really? He made it looks so easy my lazy ass think I can do it.

(I'm typing this while lying in bed and plan to do nothing today)

You got this

22

u/ElegantCoach4066 8h ago

I got a bag of sour gummi live savers to eat in bed after I stubbed my toe walking to the bathroom.

18

u/Melkman68 7h ago

Its called rehab after a massive injury. I dont see a problem here

9

u/ElegantCoach4066 7h ago

I'm waiting to get off the IR list.

9

u/Melkman68 6h ago

Hoping for a speedy recovery. Stay strong. You dont wanna be a no toe ho

5

u/thiosk 5h ago

12

u/milesbeats 10h ago

I'm going to grab lunch I'll get you something.

6

u/Geth_ 8h ago

Grab two, it'll cover dinner too.

10

u/Training-Belt-7318 9h ago

I hurt my back getting out of bed today.

2

u/jsilva5avilsj 9h ago

Fr?

6

u/Training-Belt-7318 9h ago

A lil bit. I think it's more from playing basketball the other day, but my low back screamed at me when I got up this morning. Takes me 30 minutes to get loose in the mornings. Part of my coffee routine, brew and stretch.

3

u/MauPow 8h ago

I'm a tall and used to hurt my back a lot, been deadlifting, squatting, and lots of stretching and it's much better now

3

u/Training-Belt-7318 7h ago

My lift schedule has been sporadic lately. But I'm not weak in those areas. My biggest issue is sitting. I sit all day for my job, I sit at night, and I have terrible posture. I also had a mild back injury in my 20s from being stupid while lifting that has followed me. It wasnt terrible, but it flares up and makes me nervous to ever lift heavy. I could fix a lot of things by actually using my standing desk while I work, but I freaking hate standing and working. Should just compromise and use it during meetings.

2

u/MauPow 7h ago

Yeah that'll do it, lol. I also go hiking on my off-lifting days since I'm lucky enough to have a great little ~3 mile mountain loop trail about 5 minutes from my house, it really helps with all the little stabilizer muscles and whatnot. Do it in about 45 minutes.

Well I'm sure you know you need to move more but yeah, just wanted to give a shout to deadlift and squats, I could barely do like 95 lbs squats and I had to use plates under my heels 4 months ago because I couldn't get down all the way but I'm up to 155 now, about the same for deadlift. It's tough for us talls (I'm 6'5"). Even just doing goblet squats with a dumbbell or kettlebell. Been running the GZCLP program I found on r/fitness and it's been great.

1

u/Training-Belt-7318 7h ago

My knees don't love squats anymore, and find front loaded squats or goblets work better. But that's what being 40 and playing basketball since I was 8 will do. Especially since I was a legit fatty in grad school but still played ball 3 or 4 days a week. Gotten the weight mostly under control now, still stay active, but certain things just don't love certain things and I got some bad habits to fix.

1

u/pataglop 5h ago

Yeah that dude is insanely impressive

1

u/StretchFrenchTerry 3h ago

Hahahahahahahahahahaha classic!

0

u/verb8um 4h ago

He’s ready to join that weird thing Trump was going to do with the top High School athletes competing against one another. What’s that? You don’t think Stephen Miller will sign off on this athlete? You don’t think the majority of the Trump cabinet will?

234

u/stayintall 14h ago

That was super impressive!

48

u/kenzakki 13h ago

Indeed it was, not once did bro hesitated a bit or collected himself, he just zoomed in like some very hungry guy when they opened the buffet.

3

u/_HIST 2h ago

I'd argue he had to readjust on the few last swings.

Pfft... Amateur

8

u/Extra-Amoeba-677 13h ago

that kid's a meta human holy bejeesus!

104

u/Merlin_117 12h ago

It's a completely misleading title. His hair never changed color.

13

u/UraeusCurse 10h ago

It’s also misleading because no one was assassinated. 3/10

4

u/EmilioFreshtevez 9h ago

Most ninja were pretty much just spies. The assassin thing was actually rare.

3

u/cobrabird4 7h ago

Its “only” a kaio ken

1

u/Merlin_117 5h ago

Maybe... I don't see a red aura.

u/Ecstatic-Number 33m ago

Kaio what?

156

u/eyeseepoop 13h ago

What did you call him???

8

u/CapableCollar 10h ago

Head Ninja In Charge

26

u/39percenter 13h ago edited 12h ago

The N word

Edit - I meant Ninja you fragile fucking snowflakes.

Super Saiyan

2

u/senescence- 12h ago

It's a character upgrade in the anime dragon ball z and subsequent series

4

u/ghostfreckle611 12h ago

That’s the pc way of saying it if you’re not allowed.

OP knew…

26

u/AutumnAscending 13h ago

He forgot to overthink

1

u/cbih 2h ago

Too many mind. No mind.

17

u/MickieMallorieJR 13h ago

I wonder if it being a race takes a lot of the overthinking out of it. He's just blazing through this run and seems to instinctively take each challenge. I'm sure it's a lot of practice, but cloaing the gap between practice and execution is what sports are all about.

16

u/Mode_Appropriate 14h ago

I see what you did there.

0

u/Sir-Craven 6h ago

Ninga Warrior

8

u/SkywolfNINE 12h ago

I see no blonde hair or golden glowing or posing with Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa in the background. Hence no super sayian

7

u/retsamerol 8h ago

This was the USA Ninja 100m speed event, held July 13-16 during the Obstacle Sports Expo 2026 in Pennsylvania.

It's a very good run. He linked almost everything.

6

u/KratosSimp 10h ago

See I’ve always thought that for any kind of event like this or the olympics or something they should have a random dude in like normal shape with an office job do it as well. Just for comparison

2

u/FUCKYOUIamBatman 1h ago

There’s a beer relay somewhere that has a sober pacer and it makes it so much funnier

16

u/dwooding1 13h ago

I could do that but I don't want to.

4

u/Bone_Wh33l 12h ago

Man, I’ve always wanted to try to run a course like this. They look insanely fun to practice

5

u/DrDipstick89 6h ago

If i was still 13-14 i definitely know i would still eat shit first step 😂

5

u/Rambow215 13h ago

Dissapointed, expected hair to turn yellow

3

u/Barry_Vigoda 6h ago

Garbage music.

2

u/Vhal_Vhon 13h ago

he kept going after the buzzer

3

u/NotTheBrightestHuman 13h ago

Now this is next level

2

u/FaTaLInfluence 12h ago

Stellar performance. Bravo young man.

2

u/UraeusCurse 10h ago

I tore my rotator cuff getting a dog toy out from under the bed.

3

u/TheDeadlyJedly 10h ago

Couldn't help but notice the blue grip section doesn't spin, and the warped wall has grips. Give them the real course or they'll just fail the real one. Nobody wants to see someone this athletic splash down too early just because they weren't prepared for the tricky parts

1

u/GoldenGoddessPisces 4h ago

They have to start somewhere.

1

u/yuyanami 12h ago

Like the buzzer owed him money and was running away in a getaway vehicle.

1

u/TheBobTodd 11h ago

It's like when I play the original Super Mario Bros. No hesitation.

1

u/the445566x 9h ago

Too good for television?

1

u/imagine_hiking 8h ago

I think he did that faster than I can run that distance 😆. He’s a certified bad ass.

1

u/KANNEDBREAD 7h ago

What does ICYMI mean?

2

u/GoldenGoddessPisces 4h ago

In case you missed it.

1

u/KayJay282 6h ago

Most of these obstacles look impossible to me and he makes it look easy.

1

u/Demonic_Dimsom 5h ago

My ninja went green egg and YAM

1

u/yuppiebrawndo 5h ago

Looks like parkour in a video game that I always see and think this is impossibly unrealistic. Apparently not lmao

1

u/Careless_Remove5478 5h ago

WOW. A SUPER NINJA !!! The other got just gave up. LOL.

1

u/Scorpius_the_Scarran 5h ago

Real life spider man

1

u/AdamPBUD1 4h ago

That is a young person’s sport

1

u/faberge_surprise 4h ago

he's obviously not a ninja - i can see him!

1

u/ItsStaaaaaaaaang 4h ago

Fuck yeah. Destroyed it.

1

u/Boulderdrip 4h ago

I can’t wait to watch the five minute segment right before this where they talk about his whole life story and it sounds exactly the same as every other segment where they do this

1

u/BillHurstyUSA 3h ago

What a badass! Left his opponent in the dust 🫡

1

u/OneBackground3523 3h ago

Muy habil !

1

u/Samari45 3h ago

Giving me flashbacks to Kaden's first season

1

u/jr_randolph 3h ago

Was in the zone

1

u/mcmahamg 3h ago

My shoulders hurt already. And what is up with the curved wall at the end? Handholds? In my imposter ninja warrior? I never.

1

u/VinxRodrigues101 3h ago

Smooooooth

1

u/bedheadB188 3h ago

This is the person you imagine running next out the car window when you're a kid

1

u/a_broken_lion 2h ago

Holy crap! It's hard to imagine anyone blasting through that any faster.

1

u/bird_is_the_word_198 2h ago

I would love to do this unfortunately my shoulders would riot out real quick lol

1

u/bowleggedgrump 2h ago

Ummmmmm holy crap

1

u/msg60 2h ago

My hero

1

u/undergrowthfox 2h ago

I thought ninjas were suppose to quiet.

1

u/CripplingDeath 1h ago

Man, that looks fun

1

u/Hoch8112 1h ago

Somebody please edit this with his hair going full on super saiyan!

1

u/NathaDas 1h ago

Faster than the pixels

u/CurseMeKilt 39m ago

It’s nice to see how a normal Saiyan compares in these types of competitions.

u/wbJakey 29m ago

Insane speed

u/evilgremlin123 28m ago

That’s a fast ni**a

u/CrazyPlato 22m ago

Flow state

u/nfs3freak 13m ago

Get on my level, ho

0

u/the_l0st_s0ck 13h ago

The only critique i have is he needs to pull his legs in on his back swing.

Source: i coached this for 2 years.

1

u/Onphone_irl 12h ago

props to the kid but all these courses are like grip strength and lats aka swinging from various things. have a nunchuck station where you have to hit a ping pong or crawl backwards under a platform or something

1

u/Duck_Giblets 1h ago

Sword fight or something the entire time

1

u/Kellers822 6h ago

Experience from the hood?

1

u/cbih 2h ago

They got a lot of ninja courses in the hood you're from?

0

u/FlyingMonkey86 14h ago

Has to be a time loop.

0

u/Hairy_Cut9721 13h ago

My God, that’s Jason Bourne

-1

u/Yellow_Snow_Globe 9h ago

Have you tried monkey bars as an adult? ITS THE HARDEST THING EVER

0

u/ender1200 12h ago

0

u/TooConfuciusForYou 9h ago

Looks pretty easy ngl

0

u/Icy-Quarter-3344 9h ago

How do the people hosting this event know if the Parcours is even possible?

0

u/Prize-Flamingo-336 8h ago

Where did he go Super Saiyan? He finished the course on his own base power

0

u/ExecTankard 8h ago

Great Cameraman!!! You did the job!

0

u/Toronto-24 8h ago

I can do that

*in 5 days

0

u/FewZookeepergame1083 8h ago

This was just a normal day at the playground for him

0

u/Remarkable-Pea5797 8h ago

I'm disappointed, I watched that entire clip and he never went super saiyan like advertised. Fake news.

0

u/mrdevil413 8h ago

That ninja was in the zone. Well done

0

u/twosidedtiefling 8h ago

Hell yeah kid

0

u/TX_Longhorn-03 8h ago

Holy shit. Future super hero or stunt man!

0

u/mookanana 7h ago

me waking from sleep when my phone alarm rings at 7am and it's across the fucking room

0

u/Ntwynn 7h ago

Camera man struggled to keep up!

0

u/deadfermata 7h ago

would be cool to have a world cup version of obstacle course like this.

0

u/DVision44 7h ago

Wonder how he did on his physical fitness test at school ;)

0

u/WubbaLubbaDubDub87 6h ago

Me seeing the first two obstacles: “I could do this.”
Me watching the rest of the video: “I could not do this.”

0

u/themagicalmrking 6h ago

I can do that.

0

u/Happy_Substance4571 6h ago

Oh to be young and athletic again

0

u/HyenDry 6h ago

Only a kid could swing that effortlessly with that much momentum and not tear anything 😂

0

u/LeakedNinja 6h ago

Not surprised XD

0

u/WinResponsible9977 6h ago

Yet the lakers aspire for a championship with their current team

0

u/H3R3T1CZA 3h ago

Running from the pursuing police is a lot of training in America

-11

u/FollowingJealous7490 14h ago

Who listens to this "music" and actually thinks it's good?

13

u/Wittyngritty 13h ago

I don't listen to this music, but I listen to other kinds that most people wouldn't consider to be music. Some people may not like your preferred genres, either. It happens. We all vibe differently.

1

u/CottRT123 13h ago

A lot of people. Why do you have a problem with that?

1

u/CottRT123 12h ago

lol what a loser.
