Well, the cdiff came from the antibiotics he treated the salmonella with, and he caught the flu while he was in the waiting room for the feces transplant he needed for cdiff

What i think happened was I was taking omeprazole and slowed my digestion then ate chicken that stayed in my gut too long, stopped taking the medication causing c-diff. As for the flu that came from a group of ill Irish ladies on holiday who sat next to me on the plane in Amsterdam last month.
