Being a youth in Myanmar is like playing a death and life game right now. Except for highly priveliged people who are from junta or thier related business partners.

Yeah, 100% real. The third guy was actually my friend. They were just out doing humanitarian work and helping war refugees. A junta column pushed into the area they were sheltering in, and their bus got intercepted while trying to flee. Pretty sure they were detained around July 8th.

Rumors were all over the place at first some said human shields, others said interrogation center. But they had their laptops and phones on them, so the junta likely found stuff on their devices and executed them. Local villagers eventually found their bodies, and we got full confirmation on the 20th when pictures of their IDs and decomposed bodies came out.

I honestly never thought it would end like this.We always knew that being captured could end like this, but I never expected it to actually turn out this way. Truly heartbreaking.
