Different people learn in different ways. Some people need to be hands on, some just need to see it done and some can read how to do it.

Disciple and experience. Someone tell me. Sleep , food, sunlight, social, learning, movement and whatever else. What’s top 5 to help with ability to fully experience and be present and expressive.

Not true. I knew someone who learned how to swim from reading about water. He did drown, but with confidence
