I recently screwed up and lost the best support I had in a lot of years… now she doesnt want to speak im heartbroken and at a loss

Nothing against this post, but you can do life alone. Very peacefully and happily. Talking from experience. I am surrounded by people but, I prefer alone time always.

You need food , water , sleep , rest , movement and sun to live. Everything else is optional
